Yes I get that a lot, while I do think it’s important to give constructive criticism, (the way you’re describing it being perfectly fine) the expression and choice of words is crucial, you can’t just say it looks “terrible” without any further context as to why, otherwise it comes off bitterly and gives the artist no use or something to take away from it by definition. apologies if it’s hard to understand, I’m in a bit of a hurry.

I think this person was trying to provide constructive criticism to the picture. Pegasus wings don’t tend to be drawn that high around their shoulders. Instead, they’re usually drawn a bit lower to where the ribcage is.
