After finishing the comic issue I’ve been working on, I wanted a “palate cleanser” project while I did some brain-storming and practice, and I’ve always wanted to be able to do “YCH” style comms, making multiple characters off a “base”. this was demonstration #1 for this set, Stabled and Set, and turns out there’s quite a fun number of ideas possible in a confined cell/space like this, so I’ll probably do a number of these inbetween other pics/practice works.
that said: it didn’t feel right to leap right into making these, without first making art for my own OC, Bridle Gleam. she’s as fun as ever to draw, with her shiny coat.
