This looks very Japanese for some reason.
Possibly because karaoke was invented there (the term is of Japanese origin), and a lot of slice of life anime TV shows incorporate karaoke in some way.
The art style also seems to be more than a little bit inspired by Japanese manga-specifically with the eye design.

The artist used to do good (also nsfw) art. However some time ago, they pivoted hard into lolicon, so that I blocked them at Twitter. I guess this shift even shows in their sfw art now.
