ive had a progression that has me on lvl 86 and more than 100 ponies, and it was saved on Play Games, also connected to my . But when i signed in again after 3 years of break, the game erased all my saved data in it, which ive no idea how that happened. It instead gave me current cloudsave that WAS literally from NEW GAME .
Btw that happaned on a new phone. but it didnt matter , cuz the game’s data was saved on Play Game, therefore in my Google too. So, should be regardless what phone you’re playing it with.
I had a very similar issue by changing of phone, so I relate to this problem… but the Gameloft’s customer service helped me to retrieve my save!
On the app settings, there is a link to fill up a form. Then, they will you again by email.
Afterwards, if you have your former game ID saved somewhere, you can send them and retrieve your progress!

Aww sad too. I just got a mind to play it, because i was curious to see my old save in that game. But i dont know how to get it back, since its developers wont care with their fanbase.
