I just checked searched for “humanized, oc” and got plenty of results. I just always thought it would be againts the rules, since it’s not really pony related, and only the owner of the OC would know that it is a humanized version.

Somewhere along the lines of “If the artist claims it is of MLP origin” or some crap like that. I don’t know. I hate that it’s allowed, being so distanced from from the show.

probably not. There are several species swapped oc pictures here, some of which have been around for quite a while.
And the mods tend to be competent when it comes to catching images that break the rules.
