Biography: Legate Dassal’s family had been trading magical amulets for centuries, and he would have been no exception if it weren’t for his childhood friendship with Augustus. Even while serving the Kaiser, his knowledge of modern military tactics and especially technology from other countries made him a valuable asset to Augustus’ legions.
Now finally Emperor, Dassal advocates caution. Southeastern Zebrica’s land is as dangerous and turbulent as its seas, and one false step is all it would take to drown in ambition. His long-term plans and irascible personality might seem contradictory until one realizes the latter is usually in service of the former.
His own ideas for a prosperous Southeast are well thought out, finely crafted and unstoppable, now that he has achieved absolute power, unless he somehow fails at his own plans.
