Oh, that’s a low-grade vulgar joke when you ask someone to say “Three hundred” (“триста”) and when they do, answer “Suck [a dick] off a tractor driver” (“Отсоси у тракториста”), which, as you can see, rhymes with the first phrase in Russian.
