This takes place after Chrysalis’s defeat, Celestia is scolding Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Shining Armor for ditching Twilight because of didn’t helping her with Cadance and Chrysalis’ conflict.
I’m nothing against Twilight’s friends and Shining Armor, this is a hypothetical scenario.
Well I think this is how Celestia should act. I mean she knows both Twilight very well like a daughter and she wouldn’t act this way unless there was a very good reason. Then there’s Cadence and Celestia knows her very well and knew Cadence basically raised Twilight and knew that she would never act the way she is acting and would of immediately recognized Twilight in the blink of an eye. That would easily tell her something isn’t right about her and perhaps Twilight was telling the truth about not trusting her.

I also think that Shining should apologize yes, but not at the level of the rest because wasn’t he being mind controlled? So we can say that the words were something that Chrysalis would have liked him to say but obviously even if he didn’t mean to say that or whatever he should have apologized too. But anyways specially the others because they weren’t brainwashed or something like that and just judged Twilight.

And the Mane Five, Spike, Shining Armor, and Celestia would apologize to Twilight for not believing in her about the whole wedding and changeling fiasco and listening to the evil queen, over Twilight, who would also apologize to them back, even though Applejack, on behalf of everypony else, is the one who apologizes to Twilight for not believing in her, and when she says “Sorry, Twi. We should’ve listened to you.”, “we” includes Applejack, the rest of the Mane Five, Spike, Shining Armor, Celestia, and possibly everypony else.

Yes, she did. Celestia’s response to Twilight Sparkle’s seemingly petty & jealousy-fueled accusations towards Cadance is a stone-cold sentence of Celestia telling her student, “You have a lot to think about.”, before she storms off in anger. The tone of those seven words makes the dressing-down she delivered in “Lesson Zero” sound like a hiccup by comparison. She was hurt by Twilight’s actions and possibly holding back her own tears. Twilight is just trying to warn everyone that the “Cadance” is a fake, but also, an imposter. And that imposter is none other than Queen Chrysalis. She was just trying to take over Equestria with her army of Changelings by marrying Shining Armor, whose love is drained by her. I guess that makes Celestia, Shining Armor, the Mane Five, and Spike acting like a bunch of hypocrites towards Twilight. But do you know who the real hypocrite is? Queen Chrysalis. She’s the real wedding crasher.
