During the Tri-Cross event of the Friendship Games between the Wondercolts and the Shadowbolts, a portal suddenly opens on the track and a large carnivorous plant emerges from it.
During the chaos, Sunset and Sugarcoat are halted in their tracks. Rainbow quickly saves Sunset from becoming a snack for the big monster plant.
However, they seem to have forgotten someone…
Later inside the plant…
sugarcoat EqG 3 (…) plz “I can’t believe I got eaten by a PLANT. How is this even possible?”
Sci-Twi Scared Emoticon. “My only guess is that it came from a portal to another world.”
Sugarcoat Lets Do It! Emoticon. “Twilight? You’re here too?”

I recently began thinking about the Tri-Cross scene from Friendship Games and realized that Sunset and Dash really did leave Sugarcoat right next to the big monster plant.
I guess we can safely assume that she slipped away before it noticed.
But what if she didn’t? ^^;
Hopefully in this scenario, she (and Twilight) make it out okay. Magical portals have a habit of appearing unexpected afterall ^^
