context: unicorns are basically natural empaths, most potently with each other. they can sense emotions through touch and it’s common for them to do this as a greeting to check on each other.

my unicorn wasn’t raised by other unicorns and keeps her emotions close to her chest.

so she’s 1) wholly unused to being sensed, and 2) actively dislikes the idea. an NPC party member she doesnt get along with has been aggressively trying to sense her anyway.

she gets her wish in 1v1 form

this was actually a concept instead of a full depiction of what actually happened, too. eventually ill make kind of animatic style retellings of sessions, so what actually happened will be public eventually : )
