After playing through Bioshock Infinite, I dont see many substantial similarities between Elizabeth and Twilight.  
Putting aside the incidental scholastic nature they share they have markedly different personalties.  
Elizabeth is far more emotive and has quixotic tendencies which puts me more in mind of Rarity-light.  
Twilight is simply not that.
