People seem to forget that just because the changelings reformed does not mean they are push overs look at what happend to then in the episode where pharnyx was introduced.
Again like in my last picture I said in a way chrysalis can be reformed but still be the chrysalis that people loved in fact she can become the queen the Fandom I invested her since she was introduced.
A careing mother type figure who guides the changelings with grace but helps inspire and build up the changelings emotional toughness so they wont “starve” again if a changelings freindship gets rejected because they should know that they are still others who care for them and to not get rejection get the best of them.
There is so much possibility of chrysalis reforming.
I wished the some parts of the Fandom at the time were more open minded to it instead of just focusing and worry on how she would look or act
@Its-Filly-Silly
Chrysalis becoming a better person does not mean she looses what made fans like her.
But use it in a better way like to help defend others, teaching others to be strong mentally, and being a mother type figure just like how some parts of the Fandom saw her as.
Look at pharnyx for example
This is why I feel people get the idea of her reforming the wrong way.
The changelings are not weak but needed to adapt to a new life, they like thier new life but even though its good to share Love and express how you feel they can still be strong and pack a punch when thier home and freinds are in danger.
Chrysalis could help with that like pharnyx only emotionally instead of physically
But of course even after she reforms she will need time to adapt that is why I feel her reforming can take time until she fully reached metamorphosis.
My biggest issue with most Chrysalis metamorphosis concepts really just comes down to the design. Chrysalis as a character leaves lots of interesting room for a person struggling to acclimate to like… A less harsh, cruel lifestyle and a need to feel in control/needed, and that’s really fun character work. My problem always comes down to her metamorphosed forms accidentally conveying this idea that her healing as a person would involve literally becoming a different person instead of like… Healing and being better without having to lose everything else about yourself presentation wise.
Designs like this that mostly just focus on patching up the holes are my favorite because they don’t really come with that implication.
I must of read wrong lol sorry
I don’t know if I was unclear, but I was like, agreeing with you ^^;
Chrysalis becoming a better person does not mean she looses what made fans like her.
