Big Mac and Applejack quickly approach the front door of the building. Twilight’s recently implemented large area illusion camouflage magic had transformed the simply fabricated wooden training structure into an average detached home.
The siblings came to a halt in front of the door. Weapons at the low ready, fingers off the triggers and safeties on they waited for the go signal from the Range Safety Officer. After a second they heard a whistle blow.
Big Mac thumbed the safety off on the shotgun and fired the first frangible slug into the doorknob. As the doorknob disintegrated Big Mac was already working the pump of the shotgun. Two more quickly fired slugs destroyed the hinges of the residential doors. Moving forward as the door fell the stallion’s muzzle swept to cover the left quarter. At the same time AJ thumbed the safety off of her 9mm submachine gun as she pivoted to the right as she entered the building.
