You are correct but this is likely wasted effort on your part. OP clearly believes in, and is willing to echo this blanket labelling of a group as ‘nazi’ and shan’t be swayed from said belief even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary. There’s only one ideological mindedness that seems to do this, and that’s all I’ll say on the matter.
/mlp/ literally has a yearly event where they watch the entire show and a weekly event where they watch 2 episodes a day. I would argue that people there watch the show more then many others in the fanbase. Also, only some of them are nazis. 4chan in general is more diverse of a place then you’d think.
Regarding cloppers, I think only 1 guy did the cum jar thing, as far as we know. I’m not sure why your generalizing that to the entire part of the fanbase that’s into pony porn.
As for the target audience, yes, its children for the most part, but the original G4 documents pitching the series did mention that male and older fans were expected by Lauren even back then, and the show later on did give some nods to bronies and a few morals that catered more towards older people then kids.
For “X is best pony”, a lot of fans have their favorite pony that they will love the most. This is not unique to Twitter.
As for veteran bronies, you do realize that Myspace was long essentially dead even when G4 aired, right? G4 did not debut in the 90’s. It’s also worth noting that any true veteran would have started out in 4chan, given that is where the brony fandom originated from.

I actually got into this through Equestria Girls because I thought it contained my other…likes. Girls with animal ears and tails. Lies! So watched G4 and G5 instead.
