IMHO, this design is a bit to “busy”, with too many elements. You have the crown and peytral and maybe the long hair. It there are very few loops (or whatever the crochet term is) so you don’t have a lot of resolution to do things in. It is like doing pixel art in that there is a limit to how much you can really squeeze in at any give size.
