Welcome to Io. Jupiter’s volcanic moon and the “most colorful object” in the solar system. A mish-mash of browns, yellows, oranges, and greens from orbit as a result of the myriad of sulfur compounds left over on the surface from it’s constant volcanic eruptions it sure is a sight to behold.

Aegis is not one to up and go into space. Even though he has wings and pegasi are generally known for their delight in flying, he likes his home world so much more then any other place. He barely ever leaves his home town. This is a very special occasion. He’s here upon this celestial body as… A sort of gift, more then anything else. A gift from a friend, an earth pony, who he’d met in a sandwich shop who’d happened, perchance, to be the pilot of a starship.
