West Michigan is much like that. I’m living next to an inland sea, so I’m no stranger to blizzard-like snow squalls from the lake effect arriving with no warning. But Sakhalin looks to be an even more interesting place, as far as weather!
Are you by any chance in the far east? It was so warm and spring-like all of February, and then by the end there were snowstorms that hadn’t even been there in winter

We even get snowfall in April, and I think last year in May even 😭
