As long as they stay out of the propwash, and don’t do anything silly, e.g. drift into the path of the propellers, it’s probably safe.
But consider that those four engines are developing 8,200 kW (11,000 HP) each, and each eight-bladed propeller is 5.3 m (17 ft 5 in) in diameter; it’s a combination that’s enough to make the plane take off even when it weighs 141 tons.
