“After that dragon piece,” I thought, “I’m going to keep to the simpler stuff.”148 layers later.okay but this is really one of my favorite new movies. I watched this expecting it to not live up to its hype, but the songs are all killer, the animation is very charming, AND THAT SCENE.
The scene where Rumi meets Jinu for the first time. Her pouches fly into the air. She falls back. The two faces she made in that scene are The Best. I had to re-watch that several times. I’ve never seen someone animate them. Those faces are for the girlies. I don’t know how else to describe them, but it’s my favorite thing about the movie.
Oh, and the little shoulder bop animations. So good. This movie is so endearing and wholesome. So of course, I had to throw in OUR girls!I hope you like the piece! I really think the better fit is g5’s Izzy / Pipp / Zipp combo (especially since Sprout’s VA is Bobby), but I needed to catch up on my Rarity quota. It’s been lacking.
