I was not the one who put the tag there, but since it doesn’t show any genitals nor sexual acts, it can’t be tagged as explicit or questionable. However since the word cum is mentioned in the comic, you can’t put it on safe either, so suggestive is the only place it can go.
(From what I can tell, tags like suggestive, grimdark, etc. has some info that helps people determine what to tag their pic with)
