Suggestion I learned in art course– avoid having contour lines hug the edges (hat & hoof here). Better to have a margin within the bounds of the image, or go beyond the bounds a bit. Other than that, I like how you did the line-work on mane/tail; and how the tongue has more plausible size than official show designs, while still being clearly cartoon.
