The mighty changeling hordes tried and failed to fully achieve their goal of revenge for 1002, and Stalliongrad never succeeded to free the workers of her capitalist neighbor from oppression. In it all, the Solar Empire fractured into rump states, and the rising Western Griffonian Empire splintered into warlordism after the death of her emperor Erwin Highhill in battle. At the dawn of 1048, Equus is a continent figuratively and literally in flames, only needing a single spark to once again be broiled in unending war.”
