Well it is vore, one of the most unrealistic kinks, so i think realism is already out the window, haha
The statue just got up and ate Floaty, then got back on its pedestal!
The belly is hard on the outside, but soft on the inside, kinda like soft clay ^^

Cartoon logic, realistically this would never happen because 1: it’s a statue and can’t move or open it’s mouth, and 2: because stone can’t expand
You could probably make the excuse that maybe the statue can move only sometimes and took 1 of it rare chances of moving to basically just eat someone, it’s gotta feel very uncomfortable for the person inside though
