Still think the portal ought to be more subtle / less flashy. Esp since this idea validates her science –> friendship belief, which hasn’t worked out so well in the “How Many Have You Forgiven Today” fic and other media, including the canonical Moon Dancer S5 episode. Plus EqG is an anthro-verse, not the human world (that’s us, right here, right now). Still like EqG, especially Rainbow Rocks.
