This is mode changed version of Eclipsedramon ( >>394806 ), the “Fused Form” of Veemon and Twilight Sparkle. Fused forms are powered by strong feelings of friendship between one of the Mane 6 and one of the core 02 Digi-Destined, similar to DNA Digivolution.
 
Eclipsdramon is able to mode change through the power of a fallen shard of the Secretariat Comet, allowing her to channel a small portion of the Comet’s power.
