The blue dragon perked up and jumped down from his perch. Standing in front of Spike, with an outstretched hand he introduced himself. Well then let me be the first to welcome you, Im Sharp, and you are?
“Spike,” he returned the handshake. “But isnt Dragon Ridge full of dragons, how come youre the only one Ive seen so far?” Looking up into the horizon, the skies were clear and quiet, not what he was expecting.
Sharps gave a soft sigh but kept his demeanor upbeat, Not exactly, your not from around here, so you dont know whats been going on. He led Spike up a hidden path up to his cave, Here, come on in and I can fill you in on whats been happening since the last time youve visited.

I’m sure a number of furry websites would be willing to host this, but considering the lead role is a show canon character I don’t see it being removed from here in the near future.
Hmm, I’ve seen that episode so many times, but I’ve never thought of using that scene to pick out the voices, whoops… Well, I’ll check that when I get home.
Frankly, it’s not Fizzle having a deep voice that I find odd though I prefer imagining a high voice, but Vex having a high voice is something I can’t wrap my head around…
Edited
Mine too! It helps that this picture is one of the one’s that got me to watch the show.
Fizzle and Garble are my favorite teen dragon designs.
…Seriously, I’m so confused! How can you tell which dragon has which laugh when they’re all laughing at the same time?!
Probably Vex. He had the highest pitch.
Ashleigh Ball was one of the voice actors in the group laughs, that higher pitched one was probably hers. So which dragon would Ashleigh’s voice fit the most? Probably Fizzle, or at least fanon Fizzle.
They’re all laughing at the same time, how can you tell which one’s Fizzle? And for that matter, there IS a higher pitched laugh in those group laughs, so that could go either way… I think the deeper one was probably Vex’s, so the higher pitched one could go to Fizzle or Baff, who could also fit it. Hard to say though, since Baff’s the dragon with the least pics.
If you listen closely while the dragons are laughing at Spike, Fizzle has a deep teenage voice, rather like an older Terrence from Foster’s Home.
Frankly, with the absolute lack of dialogue, no one has a clue what canon Fizzle’s personality is (though probably not as girly as ganon Fizzle, there’s no way Garble would let him hang with that group if he was) For all we know he’s like some foreign dragon species that doesn’t speak the same language as the rest of the dragons/ponies (furred dragons are usually the Asian style, if that guess I made about the fur is true, so that’s vaguely reasonable). But I’ve already seen a Garble plush over on Deviantart, and he’d probably laugh even more than Fizzle at that idea, so nothing wrong with getting a plush of the cuter one.
Canon Fizzle would laugh at the namby pambyness of that goal.
Fanon Fizzle would totally be okay with a bro hug or two…as long as it’s not too long. Y’know, might be weird.
I’d buy one of him simply because I like his design.
But are you really? If you really want to, you should commission a plush. I did that, and by next year, I shall be the only one able to snuggle Fizzle!
…Until someone else does, at least. Who wouldn’t want to get a plush of an adorable albino dragon?

Technically the way most of them were designed fits in with the design of the teen Spike that was made first, so they were probably just aiming for consistency. It’s also interesting how they decided to give them all fairly different designs from each other, considering the fact that the two adult dragons that had appeared by then were identical in all but color.

Well for the matter, debatable Fizzle as well. At least I seen it drawn on here acting more as hair. In fact, considering Fizzle’s ears, his whole body might be covered in fur…

I have to say that when I saw these teen dragon designs it was a letdown.
I mean yeah, they are teenagers and it’s not really a bad idea to portray them scrawny, chubby and all awkward, but something feels off.
Probably because the average dragon design (for both male and female) is a lot more stylized.
Two.
That’s not too odd, considering one of the dragons actually in the show had hair.
The Ho Yay is strong in this comic.
Maybe…
Artist already said it wasn’t going to be a part of his usual work.
In a non perverted way,right?
Dragons don’t conform to actual biology I guess.
