Part of writing a resume is a test to see if you can play by the rules and expectations. A certain amount of individuality is good, it makes you stand out. But, speaking as a brony myself, if I was checking resumes and saw that pony-themed thing, I’d throw it away. It screams “I think I’m special and don’t like to follow the guidelines!”

Well a resume like that MIGHT mean that the would be worker is a bit brain damaged you see.
 
There is no telling if the guy decides to come to work with a gun murder everyone and make pony plushies out of their skin.
While the resume is odd that shouldn’t be the deciding factor. If you’re going to discriminated based on the person’s resume format you suck at life and your job.
