Well the Tag Guidelines page on this is horribly outdated to say the least. It doesn’t even have semi-grimdark anywhere. But yeah, I was doubting a bit between semi-grimdark and grimdark as well (I don’t often look at these tags) but just played it safe.
 
I also never played TF2 so I have even less context to go by. Eh, semi-grimdark is fine with me.

Tagged grimdark for organs and blood for now; feel free to change but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t qualify as safe.
