Both great shows, both great characters, both voiced by Tara Strong - how could I resist? Personality-wise, Ingrid was also somewhat similar to Twilight; with a bit of the Maud Pie deadpan thrown in. For those who don’t know, Fillmore was a Disney cartoon from about 10 years ago that parodied buddy cop shows in a middle school setting. Great, but it failed to take off. Ingrid was the eponymous character’s partner.
