If rather just cut open her flesh, expose each bone and jerk it around till it either comes out of its socket, or breaks off, then maybe use her sharp rips to open down to her belly, and switch her insides up, putting her guys and stuff in her chest, and her lungs and heart in her belly. I’ll then close her up back together with a thread. Hopefully she will be awake the entire time of the procedure.
