The way Rainbow Dash and Applejack are, being more tomboyish bimbos, I feel they wouldn’t be the types who are neurotic about make-up, like Secretary Raven for example, like if the make-up were to be rubbed off, they wouldn’t notice until someone pointed it out. I can also imagine both of them not really caring about make-up at all, unless the bimbo spell makes make-up application an instinct.
