Given the stripe patterns on the other pics of a BD-5 plane pony, I’m now sure of it. Adjusting tags accordingly.

Per the source, it’s a foal of some sort who idolizes bigger, fiercer jets like Blitz. I’d say from the long chine leading into the elevators, the little “stinger” on her rudder, and that her name is BD, she’s a Bede BD-5J Microjet.
