You know, if they really were showing like that all the time, they would cover up or wear something. , this is a world filled with cartoon logic were Spike randomly has pockets. That kind of thing would only show when they wanted it to.

By similar logic: eating a hot dog in public is casual in today’s society. But if the population is starving and/or competing for basic food it’s unseemly or dangerous to have food openly in public.

It’s like the difference between a kid who grows up in a nudist colony vs a kid who only saw nudity in his dad’s stolen playboy’s. The nudist kid would wonder what the big deal is.
That’s silly. Nudist colonies are full of people that don’t care if you look. And they’re not exactly heavy on rapist activity.
