The unfamiliarity with your current style of some of your images and how it feels off, stems from you doing more work with depth lately compared to the last several months. The heads just seem a lot bigger, because of how much they’re in the foreground.
Compared to your older works, which focused more on very simple depth and what can be done from there, the more recent images come across as almost a bit more… bloated in appearance, rather than how other images you’ve made have looked.

I honestly don’t know what you guys are talking about, I’m drawing them like this for quite a while now. I don’t know what the problem is there, even if I stare at it :P I mean proportion-wise.

True. although it believe its more of people reffering to the heads as: “Wow that looks like that guy with the metal jaws from James Bond lol”
out of proportion jaw, and a smaller upper head region. gives them too much cheek i would think.
its more noticable in the rarity one because her head isnt completely hidden by hair. It was such a drastic style change that it threw people off lol.

I find that their placement really ends up being what seals the deal with them; Rainbow, Twilight, Applejack, and Fluttershy all have their heads more in the foreground, but Rarity and Pinkie’s heads seem pretty much fine because it’s balanced out with the rest of their bodies without a skewed perspective.

Considering its almost the only thing being talked about in the comments of every of the 6 new Halloween pieces he has done so far, I found it difficult not to notice. but that’s just me I suppose. The new heads are…awkward at best. Not a pro, but not a con either. its really a toss up.
I didn’t even notice until it was said, but WHOA that’s one big noggin’! It’s in the FOREGROUND, too, yet it looks like it would barely fit in the space her thigh’s taking up!

The last thing you are is a mess up with art. Sure people arent used to the new head styles, but hey, theyll get over it. Sure it looks a bit strange, but its your art. People dont need to get so butthurt over something they didnt put any effort into. I personally enjoyed the original styles you did, but most of your shading looks almost 3D. I love it. Even if the heads are strange, i dont think ill stop watching anytime soon lol.

I was actually interested what was wrong, it wasn’t just a ‘wise tip’. I build from s, and I mess up many things, that’s how I get better.
And about the animation: All the money goes into football which we suck at. Hospitals, Schools, everything is in dire conditions, let along the ‘luxury’ like animation studios. It’s quite sad.
