I don’t want to argue with you. I don’t even know why you assume that I haven’t watched the episode because in fact I’m always up to date. My friend just happens to be new in the fandom and hasn’t watched everything, yet. In my opinion at least pictures of the current season should be spoiler-tagged correctly. Of course in this case it’s just a minor detail but still…

Might as well tag every picture of Maud with spoiler:s04e18.

Yea, and even though it has aired months ago there still are a lot of people that haven’t seen the episode and are browsing on derpibooru daily. I even have a friend that matches the people I described there. So that shouldn’t be a reason to not put a spoiler, especially since it takes just two seconds.
