Every staff member ideally picks one image to be featured. They vote on three from the pool, giving them a corresponding amount of points, 4, 2 and 1 for most to least favorite by the voter. The one with the highest overall score wins that voting cycle.

Essentially I’d always vote Fluttershy to be the one to be featured had I been given the choice.
