Anyone else find it strange how people keep insisting that Sherlock Holmes would be a psychopath? Have these guys ever even read any of the original stories? He may not show it often but he is fully capable of empathy. He feels comion. He has feelings, he just suppresses them so he can think more rationally.
Yes, definitely read the originals… My parents met over an original Sherlock Holmes book, so I’ve been taught from a young age that they’re about the pinnacle of classic literature.

I think these designs could be inspired by the episode where it’s based back in Victorian London But yes, both inspired by the classics.
(I’m thinking of reading some of the original books.)
