If you get close enough with mechless D.Va he can’t hit you in turret mode because his barrel is too long so the shots start behind your back. If there is noone else left to kill or a Bastion really hinders our whole team I use the Matrix to get as close as possible before he destroys my Mech and I destroy him. They are always so confused afterwards.

I found using Reaper to either Wraith or Shadow Step behind him for a few quick meatshots usually work out. Unless the enemy team is right there, it should be fine.

I don’t know if that’ll cut it anymore since everyone knows what Genji is capable of doing against Bastion. Bastion can just stop shooting and make a quick repair before being attack, or he’ll let Torbjorn’s turret/Symmetra’s mini turret take care of it.

Make sure you hit Bastion’s blue light when he’s in turret mode. It’s his only weak spot.

I’ve also heard genji works the best thanks to his deflecting ability.
