Frankly I’m just glad Guardians of Harmony will be finally the true and first my little PONY film(nothing against the my little human franchise), I don’t know if that will start g4,5 if FiM and GoH will be two simultaneous shows or one will replace the other… But I am fully hopeful that the current Equestria/Universe the show’s set will not be replaced by another, the mains characters might change but it’ll still be the same world and style I’m certain.

Well it seems like EQG is being downgraded more and more as time goes on so it seems more likely be the one cancelled, also I think the movie might have had something to do with the “stagnation” of the series, although I still personally think it’s quality is mostly fine.

The idea of FIM ending fills me with existential dread. I hope it doesn’t happen for a long time.
However, If the new show is set in the same universe that wouldn’t be so bad.

Usually when a single team has to put a lot of effort into two projects one of the projects suffers or they both kind of stagnate and become basic, that usually leads to the cancelation of one of them so the other can be focused on more and because EQG would be the newest one and FiM would be old news it would likely get replaced. Personally I think it’s time for FiM to end and let something new take the reigns.

I was saying I don’t want to see it replace FIM, if they make series good for them I just didn’t want it to be a replacement. I don’t actually care now though as you know it can replace it and I would be fine with it.
