Yeah, until they decide to stop using this balloon, is one of the few that remains from the first parade.

I guess there must be a lot of money involved here: in the parade there are balloons of a lot of famous characters. I looked at their website and they have Batman, Kung Fu Panda, the three PPG, Hello Kitty or Peppa Pig, plus local characters I don’t know, either.
 
We’re talking about properties of Time Warner, Dreamworks, Hasbro or Sanrio. No smallfries here…
