that’s fine and there’s lots of other mediums of hypno art, but I don’t really feel like challenging myself that way. I just like drawing snakes.

But no seriously, it doesn’t have anything ot do with kaa. When I draw kaa, I mimick the actual style he’s drawn in cus hwy wouldn’t I? that’s how he looks. and of course the colours, although yes while he was green i nthe second movie for some reason I do tend to draw him with his original colours
 
But when the snake has a different pattern or in some cases a completely different colour, just because they’re a big snake with hypnotic eyes doesn’t mean it’s kaa. The swirling ring eyes thing is just a form of hypnosis art now, in fact it probably was way before the first disney jungle book movie. I mean where do you think they got it from.  
I just wanna make a single hypnosis pic without some ignorant guy complaining about how it’s so obviously kaa _  
or in the case that no snake is involved, that they stole kaa’s eyes _  
I like the whole rings thing much more than spirals, so sue me. it makes more sense.

There’s probably a word for an individual with Discord for an avatar who has a negative opinion on Kaa in general. I’m not saying the word irony because apparently people get into a hundred comment plus arguments over the eclectic usage of the slang word “y’all”. XD

That’s kind of an absurd assumption in my opinion though. That’s like making a dog that brings its owner to someone who’s trapped in a well, and saying it’s not a reference to Lassie.  
Also the fact that the snake’s eyes in this picture are literally, exactly the same as Kaa’s hypnosis eyes.

As far as I’m aware, Kaa is the only snake in any sort of media or mythology known for having hypnotic psychedelic rainbow eyes.
