While we are proposing ways for a blind pegasus to read, why not use a service animal, like a seeing eye diamond dog to read for her?
Imagine them in a theater, with the Diamond Dog providing vocal commentary XD
“Okay, they’re-they’re in the woods…the camera keeps on moving…Uh, I think they’re, they’re looking for some witch or something, I-I don’t know, I wasn’t listening…nothing’s happening, nothing’s happening, something about a map, nothing’s happening, it’s over, a lot of people in the audience look peeved.

She’d need one that can fly, though, wouldn’t she? Perhaps a bat?
The frog under the hoof is very sensitive and could possibly be used to feel the bumps.

Reading it with their tongues does sound like it would work. Not super hygienic, but effective.
