I will never be a fan of crotchboobs; it just looks too weird.
I’m more info anthropomorphism; which chestboobs being one aspect.
I prefer when they are wearing tops like humans.
Even if real horses don’t have any explicit bodyparts there,
that doesn’t make anthropomorphic horses the same way.
Pony glasses are that way for the benefit of the viewer, like other ways such as Twilight saying “Out of hand”. It doesn’t make sense for them but it makes sense for us.
A vest’s fine. She doesn’t have breasts there, but she’s already wearing pants; If she wants more clothes, there’s nothing wrong with how the vest’s worn.
The glasses really should hook unto SOMETHING, though, so yeah, they oughta be behind where her ears really are.
