Yeah, Vivec is quite a fascinating character. He (S/he?) pretty much started out as the most morally dubious member of the Tribunal, as while like he says the truth that “We (the Tribunal) did not murder Nerevar”, he does basically || while we (the Tribunal) did not murder Nerevar (ie as a group), he did so individually, as he confesses in the 36 Lessons of Vivec, once you decode them with Sermon 29, we get “He (Vivec) was not born a god. His destiny did not lead him to this crime. He chose this path of his own free will. He stole the godhood and murdered the Hortator. Vivec wrote this.”. Vivec repeats his confession in the somewhat canonical Trial of Vivec , although he considers Vivec the god, and Vivec the mortal as separate entities at this point. || But in the end, Vivec was the only member of the Tribunal, that did not lose his sanity - Sotha Sil also did some pretty strange self modification, and there is an implication he tried to recreate the Numidium with the 2 Imperfects (hence the name) and himself, combining the idea of the Tribunal and Numidium, and is stated to have been pregnant with a cosmic baby, as a result of his experiments , before his death.

Well, it depends how you see it. Some thing the grey, ashen skin of the Dunmer, and red eyes, are not a result of Azura’s curse, but a natural adapatation/muttion, due the ashes of the Red Mountain.
Again, the Tribunal, except Vicec, looked fully like Chimer, including Sotha Sil (notice is golden skin ). While Sotha Sil is described as a “Dunmer” in “2920, The Last Year of the First Era , it may be a cultural description, or error of the historical fiction, that “2920, The Last Year of the First Era” ultimatelly is, or Sotha did shapeshift to a Dunmer for that time.
The greatest evidence Dunmer were cursed, is from the fact Divayth Fyr started ouf as a Chimer, but looks like a Dunmer, but the ashes of Red Mountain, could change him during his lifetime, not Azura’s curse.
Vivec has some really strange, but interesting lore.
Like how in the series he/she is a hermaphrodite and the lover of Molag Baal and had thousands of children.
