If you havent seen it then you’re not really in any positon to be making calls on it being a reference. THIS is most assuredly a reference to it, the manes are identical and the three appear all together swoon over Feather Bangs.
I haven’t seen Beauty and the Beast, but I’m really not so sure if that’s supposed to be a reference. I feel like they would have at least matched their colors if it was intentional. This seems more like a generic trope.
