Apple jack could use her super strength to break the ropes and flee
As we saw in the finale of season 9, rarity can form perfectly faceted jems, assuming the jens are physical and have sharp edges, and rarity will not get distracted by the jem, she could cut herself lose
Therefore the pony is save is fluttershy as all the others have means of escaping.
Twilight. Then her and Starlight Glimmer to go back in time to save the rest.

When she sees all her friends die she won’t squirm. She’ll just sit there with teary, wide shell-shocked eyes at the realization that she could do nothing to save the ones she loved.
The show can be kinda annoying about cartoon physics. Sometimes it’s teary-eyed Rarity “You-you saved my life!” Other times it’s slapstick crawl out of a hole shaped like yourself while dizzy.
Marshmallow is pretty squishy to be squashed.
Apple Jack might be strong enough to break the rope and run.
Pinkie Pie is just unkillable.
Rainbow Dash is fast, she can Sonic Rainboom herself out of there.
And Twillight can use her magic to escape.
Fluttershy is the most at disadvantage, so she is the one that need to be rescued.
