Definitely an acquired taste. If you look up people tasting it, you’ll notice more often than not it’s a whole heap at once. You’re only supposed to spread it VERY thin on buttered bread.
I like it best as a ham, cheese and vegemite toasted sandwich.
I’ve honestly never come across a non-Australian who’s said they liked it after tasting it.
