not gonna lie I thought the one on the left was alexanders and the one on the right was one of khans. but Im glad I learned something new.
also. I like how she is in the middle and is blushing hard core. ….shipit….
On the left is Marengo: the favored steed of Napoleon, Sergeant Reckless: the heroically decorated marine NCO from Korean war, and Bucephalus: the beloved warhorse of Alexander the great, in case anyone was wondering.
and yes they were all real horses that did more than many people, in their lives.

Some are okay. The system is screwy, though; funding towards a public school is based on the income level of the residential areas around a school. So lower income levels = less funding = poorer school = poorer outcomes = lower income levels = etc. in a self-destructive loop.

Not trying to turn this all political… but American public schools have always kind of sucked. This is one of those things that everybody agrees on, all over the political spectrum. No one can agree on what to do about it, but everyone agrees that the system doesn’t work and it’s doing a great disservice to the Yoots of da Nation.
My grandfather used to tell stories about a decorated sergeant during the Korean War that performed amazing feats for her battalion. I always thought they were tales from a perpetual drunk, what with the (now lifted) US bans on women in combat.
Now I know he was talking about a horse. 4chan and Derpibooru are leading me to learn more about my country’s history than public schools did (as of 2002, to gauge). I really don’t know how to feel about that.

CARLOOOOOOOOOOS
I’m fully aware. It’s more the idea of “I learned something from 4chan” that revolts me.
