If you press Q, you will find the menu where you can spawn objects. There is a vertical menu to the right where there are Tools to adjust your scenario and objects.
Look for the one with Light for lights: do not forget to press C and right-click on the light, select “Properties”, and click on the button that says “Enable” to turn your light on.
Look for the one with Lamps for spotlights.

Yeah, I’m still learning the whole Gmod thing and lights is one thing I haven’t figured out how to do yet. Do you know anywhere where I could get good pointers?
