Well, since De lancie wasn’t paid then he will probably won’t appear with a voice role, however a scene where he just stand next to a cottage and hugs her is very likely.

His design look different from the show and closer to a movie production value so maybe he will have a cameo in the movie. Maybe by the end when Fluttershy returns home?
